House Manager – Private Household
Location: Kuwait
Start Date: Mid to End October 2025
Salary: KD 1,000 - 2,500 ($3,200 - 8,000)
Accommodation: Provided

A warm and welcoming local family in Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the smooth running of their private residence. This is a key leadership role managing a team of household staff including a housekeeper, chef, and other support personnel.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional household management experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of service. The position is open to candidates currently based outside the region, provided they have outstanding experience in similar high-level private household roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a fully staffed private household

• Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic staff including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance staff

• Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation

• Manage household inventories, supplies, and liaise with vendors and service providers

• Coordinate family schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics as needed

• Ensure staff rotas, timekeeping, and leave are managed efficiently

• Implement and uphold household policies, ensuring discretion and confidentiality

• Report to and work closely with the principals to meet all household needs and expectations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar House Manager or Butler role for private HNW families

• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of household staff

• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

• Fluent English

• Open to relocating to Kuwait by October 2025
