Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support a dynamic client within a leading Private Equity Firm. This fixed-term role is based in central London and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of high-performing teams. You will be supporting two heads and wider teams.

Investor Relations Coordinator
Location: London, West End
Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) 9-12 months

Salary: £60k + bonus
Hours: 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Friday
Hybrid: 1-day WFH
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all investor meetings and roadshows for clients, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.
- Organise global roadshows, including itinerary planning, travel bookings, meeting confirmations, and adjustments across time zones.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for key team members, resolving conflicts and ensuring priorities are met.
- Prepare weekly investor targeting reports and track meeting follow-ups, ensuring internal stakeholders have access to accurate updates.
- Provide direct administrative support to senior team members, including diary management, meeting preparation, and expense processing.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for the investor relations team, maintaining operational efficiency and clear communication.
- Contribute to internal coordination across multiple global offices, promoting consistent best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a coordination or support role within financial services; experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets is highly desirable.
- Strong multitasker with outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and international investors.
- Comfortable navigating time-sensitive environments and managing competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel);
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism.
