Talent Acquisition Lead - Dubai  

£80,000 - £140,000 +Relocation Support 

Includes Annual Return Flight & Comprehensive Family Medical Insurance 

 

Ideal candidates will be UK/London-based professionals ready to embrace an exciting relocation opportunity to Dubai.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition lead to join the recruitment function for their fast-growing data center development initiatives.  

The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset to support rapid expansion in a high-growth segment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various departments, including technical, commercial, and support functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and use of social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  •  

About you: 

  • 4 years + of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role working across either:  Data Centres, Construction/Project Development, Oil and Gas Or Power/Water Treatment Energy sectors. 
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and best hiring practices.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ATD, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
