Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, confident, and highly polished Office Manager & Executive PA to join the London office of a boutique Real Estate Investment Firm.

 

This is a varied and rewarding position, perfect for a proactive all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys taking ownership. You’ll be a key ambassador for the business, managing front-of-house, supporting executives, and liaising with international teams.

 

Office Manager & Executive PA

Location: Central London 
Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Full Time
Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Office: 5 days in the office

 

What you’ll do:

 

You’ll be the go-to person for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level support to senior leadership.

 

  • Provide high-level PA support to three senior Principals
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Organising international travel and itineraries
  • Managing personal admin and expenses
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the London office
  • Act as front-of-house, greeting clients and guests
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management
  • Provide ad hoc support to London-based team members
  • Process expenses and travel arrangements
  • Handle general admin, document formatting, and filing
  • Liaise regularly with international offices
  • Lead on the company’s monthly lecture nights
  • Assist investor relations with presentation materials and pitch decks
  • Support the UK asset management team with property marketing, events, and branding

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Proven experience in an office management and executive PA role (ideally within professional services or finance) or relevant qualification for the role (OMBS or Quest)
  • Impeccable communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confident using presentation tools
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and external guests
