HR Admin/Talent Acquisition

City of London

ASAP start for 3 months with potential to extend

5 days in office

£16 p/h

 

A leading and hugely successful fintech with stunning offices near Liverpool Street are looking for a HR / Talent Acquisition Administrator to join them as soon as possible for at least the next 3 months. The office has a great culture, and really suits people who are happy and willing to pick up new things and run with their initiative.

 

You will be supporting the HR and Talent Acquisition Team with all administrative duties, and they are ideally looking for some who has worked within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Inbox management
  • Data entry
  • Letter typing
  • Arranging interviews
  • Ordering stationary
  • Drafting announcements for their intranet
  • Processing invoices
  • Keeping the HR system up to date and taking messages for the HR team

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Experience of working within a recruitment agency or internal Talent Acquisition Team is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm and confidence
  • Extremely well presented
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint within a work environment
