Field Salesman - Veterinary
Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Salesman in the veterinary sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of veterinary products and services to farms, animal hospitals, poultry operations, and other relevant establishments across the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business development through client acquisition, relationship management, and expert product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and actively engage with prospective clients within the UAE veterinary and animal health sectors

Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to veterinary professionals, farm managers, and other stakeholders

Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Provide top-tier after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports
Qualifications & Requirements:

4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry

Direct experience working with large animal institutions or poultry farms is highly desirable

Valid UAE Driver’s License

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain complex product information

Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated to achieve results

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
