Operations Executive – hybrid!
Near Liverpool Street
On-going temp, with the potential to convert to a permanent role
£160-170 per day
9am-5pm
My client, an independent firm with offices near Liverpool Street, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their small but ambitious team, and ensure the smooth day to day running of the company.
The key elements of this role will include managing processes to ensure that all aspects of the company, in particular governance, are operating as efficiently as possible, alongside project management and supporting the Chief Executive with anything from diary management to taking minutes in meetings.
My client offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in office, with 2 days from home.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including Board meetings, Advisory Group sessions, and internal team gatherings. This includes preparing agendas, compiling meeting materials, and recording minutes.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to oversee financial activities such as invoicing, processing payments, producing management accounts, and supporting annual audits.
- Partner with the Marketing and Communications Manager to maintain and update the website, ensuring it functions well, remains current, and aligns with the organisation’s brand, strategy, and quality standards.
- Provide diary and scheduling support for the Chief Executive.
- Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all areas, including governance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements as a limited company.
- Assist with the ongoing management and effective use of the CRM system, HubSpot.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong operational experience, with a solid understanding of governance, including board processes, compliance and organisational oversight is required.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial management experience, including budget monitoring and reporting.
- Strong digital and technical skills, including WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, LinkedIn, and CRM systems (HubSpot would be advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
