We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant (50%) to support our team with daily administrative and organizational tasks. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping teams operate efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide general administrative support to the team and department leads
- Help organize internal events, workshops, and team activities
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support internal communication and document management (e.g., filing, SharePoint, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors, visitors, and service providers
- Handle incoming correspondence and redirect as appropriate
- Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in [Insert Required Languages]
