Job Description

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with a leading luxury, exclusive, hospitality company in the heart of the gorgeous West End. We are seeking a VIP Client Services individual to provide support to VIP, HNWI clients, ensuring their visits to London are seamless. You must be fluent in English as well as Hindi, with a passion for providing first-class service.

What you will do:

No two days will be the same in this role - it is a dynamic, ever-changing environment that is highly rewarding and multi-faceted in nature. 

Your responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with all departments to enhance the customer experience
  • Reactivate lapsed customers and engage high-value clients
  • Organise customer-focused events
  • Provide leadership and support to the Customer Relations Hosts
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of performance and activities

Who you are:

  • With 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a high-end environment; e.g. members clubs, luxury hotels, casinos, 5* hospitality venues
  • Experience working with VIP and / or High Net Worth Individuals 
  • You must have the ability to speak and write fluently in either Arabic or Hindi in addition to English
  • A flexible attitude to working hours, with the ability to travel as required
