Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to help top organizations secure their digital identities? We’re looking for a driven IAM Sales Specialist to help our client grow their Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Security business across a wide range of industries.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement—building strong relationships, delivering tailored IAM solutions, and driving sales success. If you have a talent for solution-based selling and a deep understanding of IAM platforms and Data Security Solutions, this could be the perfect next step in your career. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients to understand their needs and showcase how Data Security and IAM solutions can deliver real value.

  • Present and promote portfolio of Data Security and IAM products, focusing on trusted platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, and Saviynt.

  • Advise and consult on strategies and best practices tailored to each client’s environment.

  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design and deliver compelling POCs and demos.

  • Hunt for new opportunities within your assigned industry verticals.

  • Create proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with client needs and internal guidelines.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and evolving client expectations.

  • Educate and empower clients and partners through training sessions and workshops.

  • Manage client relationships post-sale—driving satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or data security sales, with a proven track record in solution-based selling.

  • Solid understanding of Data Security or IAM principles, access governance, and authentication tools.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Fluency in Arabic and residency in Riyadh are mandatory for this role.
