Legal Secretary – International Law Firm
Location: Dubai, UAE
An international law firm in Dubai is seeking a highly capable Legal Secretary to provide full support to senior lawyers a key practice areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in an international legal environment and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to partners and fee earners

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel across time zones

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

Maintain and organise client files and legal documentation using DMS systems (e.g. iManage)
-
Prepare court bundles and support litigation or transaction teams as needed
-
Conduct conflict checks and assist with new client onboarding and AML compliance
-
Support billing processes, including time entry, expenses, and invoice preparation
-
Liaise with clients, courts, regulators, and global offices professionally and promptly

Provide ad hoc support to team projects and internal events
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a legal secretary or executive assistant in an international law firm

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software

Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking ability
