Lettings Coordinator
Job Description
Role: Lettings Coordinator
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, full-time, office-based
Salary: up to £35,000pa (DOE)
A well-established property management firm based in Central London is seeking a confident and organised Lettings Coordinator to join their close-knit, sociable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values professionalism, enjoys client-facing work, and is looking for a long-term role within a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
As a Lettings Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the lettings process — ensuring smooth operations from enquiry to move-in. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where professionalism and organisation are key. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about (you’ll regularly be on your feet attending viewings) but also has a strong handle on the admin that keeps everything ticking behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling property viewings
- Attending viewings and acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to manage the lettings process smoothly
- Preparing tenancy agreements and lettings documentation
- Ensuring all compliance and legal documentation is in place
- Managing online listings and marketing material
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
About You:
Desirably seeking a coordinator who brings energy, reliability, and a proactive attitude to the role. A background in a customer-focused or administrative environment is essential, along with at least one year of relevant work experience (not necessarily in property).
Benefits include:
- 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off
- An additional day of annual leave for every year of service
- Discounted gym memberships
- Regular team social events and annual away days
