A high-performing financial strategist with a flair for capital markets and a strong grasp of investor communications is required for a forward-thinking fintech investment company in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the capital markets strategy, enhancing investor relations, and delivering financial intelligence that fuels global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the group’s capital markets vision across private and public spheres; lead asset monetization strategies across JV stakes, IP, loan portfolios, and subsidiaries.
• Craft and deliver high-impact investor presentations, board decks, and shareholder communications aligned with business strategy.
• Lead financial modeling and valuation efforts across B2B SaaS verticals.
• Develop comprehensive, global-standard modeling frameworks to forecast performance, guide strategy, and ensure a competitive edge.
• Stay ahead of global capital trends, AI lending, embedded finance, and M&A activity—identifying new opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of MIS and financial reports
• Serve as the trusted liaison between the company and the investment community—building relationships, trust, and visibility.
• Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and key financial events with confidence and clarity.
• Shape and execute a long-term investor relations strategy to enhance stakeholder alignment and capital access.

The Ideal Candidate Profile Includes:  

• 5–10 years in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth tech/startup environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred background from a top-tier consultancy, investment bank, or private equity experience.
• Advanced financial modeling (DCF, scenario, cash flow analysis).
• Investor communications and relationship management.
• Market intelligence and analytics.
• Strategic and operational problem solving.
