Tiger Private is seeking highly experienced and professional Permanent Head Housekeeper to join the household of a UHNW American family based in Belgravia. This is a pivotal role within the team, reporting directly to the House Manager and Head of Operations.

The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of 12 housekeepers working across multiple high-end properties. You will be expected to implement and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service at all times, ensuring a seamless and consistent level of excellence across all residences.

A key part of the role involves managing the rota for the housekeeping team, monitoring daily duties, leading mornig meetings and performing regular quality checks to ensure that standards are consistently met or exceeded. You will work closely with senior household management to communicate team performance, report maintenance or supply issues, and adapt to the family’s evolving requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, providing support and guidance to your team, as well as assisting with recruitment and training when needed. You must have a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a calm, discreet approach. Prior experience working in a similar role within a UHNW or formal household is essential, along with the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of private household life.
