Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a background in interior fit-out to join our client, a leading interior fit out contractor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing interior fit-out projects across various locations in the UAE, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports

• Monitor project timelines, quality control, and HSE compliance

• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues

• Travel frequently across project sites within the UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out/interior projects within the UAE

• Strong knowledge of site execution, finishes, and materials used in interiors

• Familiarity with UAE regulations and site safety standards

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
