Job Summary:

Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for FF&E? Our boutique interior design client in Dubai is looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a close-knit, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, selecting, and specifying FF&E materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.

• Support the senior design team in creating mood boards, presentations, and sample boards.

• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules and documentation for procurement and client approval.

• Coordinate with suppliers, showrooms, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

• Participate in site visits and styling installations as required.

• Maintain the FF&E library and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.

• 1–2 years’ experience in an FF&E or interior design role (internships included).

• Strong eye for design, color, texture, and spatial awareness.

• Familiar with sourcing locally and internationally, especially within the Dubai design market.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
