Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor leads all people-related activities within the organization and ensures that the local HR strategy aligns with the global corporate people strategy. This role is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle and provides support in recruitment, employee relations, engagement, talent development, compensation, and HR administration.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement local HR strategy in alignment with the global HR framework.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external recruitment partners.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.

  • Draft, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employment-related legal formalities including contracts, visa processing, work permits, and cancellations.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.

  • Respond to employee queries and manage concerns, grievances, and documentation requests.

  • Administer the HR Information System (e.g., Bamboo HR) and maintain accurate employee records and workflows.

  • Manage the performance management process, including reviews and goal tracking.

  • Lead initiatives to reinforce company culture and values.

  • Organize team-building events, staff outings, and internal celebrations.

  • Analyze HR requirements and prepare the annual HR budget.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, allowances, and insurance.

  • Create and manage training plans, coordinate with external training providers, and conduct internal sessions.

  • Maintain attendance records and manage HR-related administrative documentation.

  • Mediate workplace conflicts and conduct internal investigations as needed.

  • Collaborate with head office and other business units for corporate HR strategy implementation.

  • Ensure all HR practices are fully compliant with UAE labor laws and internal regulations.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors and authorities on employment matters.

  • Oversee HR processes and workflow, ensuring operational efficiency.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE.

  • Additional HR certifications or training preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
