Job Summary:

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all factory operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives. This role will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Factory Accounting, Administration, and Logistics.

The successful candidate will ensure operational continuity, implement global directives, manage performance, and serve as a key link between the Dubai facility and the international headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all factory functions to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and communicate production plans to the reagent division and relevant stakeholders.

  • Drive compliance with internal directives and global operational standards, ensuring timely execution across departments.

  • Monitor performance metrics, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of technical and regulatory documentation in collaboration with international teams.

  • Foster collaboration with headquarters and global stakeholders to align on technical strategies and project execution.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and technical solutions that enhance efficiency and interdepartmental synergy.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement in quality and risk management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; additional certifications in Project Management and/or Risk Management are preferred.

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a strong background in production and factory operations.

  • Proven experience leading multi-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device or life sciences sector.

  • Strong knowledge of international regulatory requirements and operational excellence frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-border teams and drive alignment across global operations.
