Job Summary:
A leading global medical technology company is seeking a highly driven and experienced Ventilation Sales Manager to lead and expand its respiratory product portfolio in the Saudi market. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategy, building strong distribution networks, ensuring compliance, and supporting product development through market feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies for the company’s ventilator and respiratory product line.

  • Establish reliable and effective distribution channels to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.

  • Analyze market trends to determine annual unit goals and gross profit plans.

  • Forecast and develop regional sales quotas, and project expected sales volume and profitability.

  • Monitor market dynamics including supply and demand, competitor activities, and economic indicators to adjust pricing and product mix strategies.

  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and end users.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while ensuring compliance with global ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure team adherence to international laws and internal policies including anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.

  • Gather and share market feedback with internal teams to support continuous product improvement and innovation.

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting, contributing to broader company objectives and team success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the healthcare or medical device industry.

  • In-depth understanding of regional healthcare markets and distribution networks in Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performance teams.

  • Experience in managing training, compliance, and strategic sales planning.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other compliance standards.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
