Senior Operations Administrator

£30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, fully remote

 

Our client, a workplace consultancy, are looking for a Senior Operations Administrator to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will work closely with the CEO as well as managing two remote administrators and take part in driving continuous improvement, contributing to the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, solution-oriented, enthusiastic and lead by example.

 

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Operations Administrator, you will carry out highly process-driven administrative tasks. Other duties include:

 

  • Managing small admin team (based in the Philippines) including onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing invoice payments
  • Monitoring HR system for new employees and annual leave
  • Organising team events and the team calendar e.g. scheduling and conducting performance reviews and coordinating recurring meetings
  • Team expenses
  • Collect and analyse data and then use to inform decisions
  • Maintain instruction documents and policies
  • Monitor training usage to ensure there is optimal efficiency
  • Review feedback from the business and communicate insights
  • Ensure business is running cost-effectively and quality checks are conducted
  • Work with content manager to produce monthly newsletter

 

What you’ll need:

As a Senior Operations Administrator, you will need previous experience in admin and/or operations. Other attributes include:

 

  • Industry experience within a commercial environment or in a consultancy or training company is desired
  • Comfortable with change, including working within a scale-up business
  • Proactive and independent
  • Always uphold the highest standards
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Suite and preferably with a CRM
