Job Summary:

Our client, a leading organization in Riyadh, is seeking a skilled SailPoint Resident Engineer to support and enhance their IdentityIQ infrastructure across production, development, and QA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (v8.x+) environments (Prod, Dev, QA)

• Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning, aggregation, lifecycle events, and workflow issues

• Perform user access reviews, certification campaigns, and scheduled task management

• Optimize and execute connectors, policies, rules, and scheduled jobs

• Support application onboarding and integration with IdentityIQ

• Analyze and resolve platform defects and manage enhancements

• Apply patches and assist with version upgrades and validation

• Generate audit, compliance, and operational reports and dashboards

• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8.x or higher)

• Proficient in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and SQL

• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle processes and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)

• Experience with application onboarding, connectors, and access certifications

• Knowledge of RBAC, policies, roles, entitlements, and workflow configuration

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and technical teams
