Personal & Business Assistant (Part-Time, 20%)
Location: Zurich / Hybrid, Switzerland
Workload: 20% (approx. 8–10 hours per week)

Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Personal & Business Assistant to support a busy individual with a mix of personal and professional tasks. This is a temporary-to-permanent, part-time (20%) role ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can operate independently. The position involves everything from scheduling personal appointments to supporting property investment projects and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Support:
- Organize and manage appointments, including for family members (e.g., elderly mother)
- Assist with travel arrangements, errands, and daily life admin
- Business Support:
- Research and support property investment projects (Zurich & Costa Rica)
- Assist in the planning of events and parties
- Coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage documents, calendars, and email correspondence as needed
- Track priorities and ensure timely follow-through on all tasks
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable switching between personal and professional tasks
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication in English and C1-Fluent level German
- Prior experience in a PA, EA, project coordinator, or office manager role is preferred
