A prestigious international private equity firm with a global footprint is seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to lead operations at their London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing environment and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, culture, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for the London-based Executive Assistants and Receptionist, supporting coordination, workflow, and team oversight.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and internal space planning.
- Take ownership of Health & Safety compliance, acting as the central figure for all regulatory and wellbeing matters in the office.
- Partner with internal teams including IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to maintain smooth and consistent operations.
- Support compliance with energy and sustainability initiatives (including ESOS).
- Coordinate charity and internal engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Work closely with peer Office Managers in international offices to align on global standards.
Desirably the ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Office Manager within financial or professional services, with a polished, professional demeanour and the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Line managing a team would also be highly desirable!
They will be highly organised, discreet, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in owning key areas such as team coordination, facilities, and Health & Safety.
