Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to head our client's Fresh Food Category sales operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the UAE fresh food market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development and sales execution. You will lead a team of Sales Executives, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key accounts in retail, HORECA, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Set performance KPIs and ensure continuous improvement and motivation across the team.

Conduct regular field visits and joint customer meetings with the team.

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Fresh Food Category.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail chains, foodservice, and hospitality sectors.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

Market Insight & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.

Work closely with procurement, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless product availability and promotions.

Provide regular market intelligence reports and sales forecasts to management.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure sales operations are efficient, customer service levels are high, and order fulfillment is timely.

Oversee pricing strategy and margin management for the category.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in fresh food sales within the UAE market (preferably with fruits, vegetables, meats, or dairy).
- Can work in Ajman in a split shift.

Proven experience in leading sales teams and business development.

Strong network across supermarkets, HORECA, distributors, and wholesalers in the UAE.

Deep understanding of local consumer behavior and seasonal product dynamics.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
