Property Manager - Family Office -Dubai
Reporting to the CFO, you are a result driven team player with a finance background and vast experience in managing private properties. You pride yourself in getting things done efficiently and effectively, adding value through actively contributing to achieving our goals and a variety of outcomes with professionalism and full transparency.
Salary AED 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Must be based in the UAE
Degree Educated
Must have family office experience - this is a must have
Role Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution with a focus on financial outcomes.
- Stewardship and management of a small portfolio of properties.
- All aspects of property administration.
- Responsible for all aspects of delivery from A-Z (menial to strategic) for property-related work.
- Financial reporting, forecasting and analysis.
- Excellent general administration and IT skills.
- Highly responsive and transparent.
- Maintaining and developing stakeholder relationships (e.g. Tenants, agents, suppliers, contractors).
- Contributing energy and ideas to improve the smooth running of the Family Office.
Non-Negotiables:
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Degree Educated - would prefer finance
- 10 years’ professional work experience.
- Family Office Property Management Experience, corporate experience is an added advantage
- Demonstrate consistent career patterns with a commitment to roles, with prior roles held for no less than 3 years, allowing reasonable flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
- Leadership experience in managing projects and external vendors.
- Street smart.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Calm and patient.
- Flexible with 24/7 mindset.
- Highly succinct (uses 100 words instead of 1000 to get the same point across) and accurate in spoken and written work.
- Live in Dubai with clean UAE driving licence, own car and minimum 2 years’ experience driving locally.
- Able to balance proactivity with respect for hierarchy and decision-making authority.
- Has a long-term mindset.
