About the Role:

A boutique real estate organization based in Business Bay is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join their team to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is an all encompassing role with front-desk reception duties and broader office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, provide administrative support across departments, and ensure the office environment remains well-organized and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as appropriate

  • Manage appointment scheduling

  • Oversee the general tidiness and functioning of the office

  • Order and manage office supplies and consumables

  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers

  • Coordinate any necessary office repairs or maintenance

  • Manage filing systems and maintain organized digital and physical records

  • Support with HR-related tasks including visa processing and onboarding

  • Assist with trade license renewals and other government-related documentation

  • Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to HR, Finance, and other departments

  • Track petty cash and basic expense documentation

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role in Real Estate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with UAE visa processes and trade license renewals is an advantage
