Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an exceptionally organised, discreet, and proactive Office Manager to support the Director of a Private Real Estate & Investment Headquarters based in Mayfair.
This is a unique and varied role that combines executive-level office management with high-level private support duties.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, taking full responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of both business and selected personal matters for the Director and wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Office Administration
- Provide high-level personal assistance and diary management to the Director ensuring all professional and private commitments are organised and prioritised.
- Handle all administrative responsibilities including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation.
- Assist with payments and financial documents whilst maintaining documentation with utmost confidentiality.
- Liaise with outsourced legal, financial, and other professional service providers.
- Support administration, communication and compliance between international offices.
- Oversee the preparation, tracking, and reporting of the office budget and related expenditures.
Private & Personal Support Duties
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation).
- Arrange appointments, social engagements, and reservations.
- Personal administration or liaising with domestic staff and service providers.
- Purchasing gifts, organising private events, and managing personal errands with discretion and efficiency.
Human Resources & Logistics
- Provide ad hoc support with HR-related administration for company employees if needed.
- Manage staff onboarding processes, travel planning, hotel bookings, and provide general logistical support.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for all local arrangements and information for employees or visitors.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an Office Manager/PA
- German speaking beneficial but not required
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask across business and private domains.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Professional demeanour with high emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools.
This role requires you to be in the Mayfair Office Monday-Friday, standard office hours.
