We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors to support our client — a renowned high-end Swiss fashion brand — during a series of exclusive pop-up stores within Globus locations in Geneva, Basel and Zurich.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of Switzerland’s most respected fashion houses, known for its refined elegance, craftsmanship, and timeless style.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand during these curated pop-up experiences. You’ll bring enthusiasm, authenticity, and exceptional service to every client interaction, ensuring that each visitor leaves with a lasting impression.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance throughout the client experience.
• Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service that reflects the values of Swiss luxury.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate the brand’s story with empathy and style.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through genuine connection and consistent follow-up.
• Support operational tasks including stock management, store organization, and setup of the pop-up space.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently upheld in line with Globus expectations.

• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
• Fluency in English; German and/or French is a strong plus.
