About the role:

Our clients is seeking an experienced, and highly engaging live-in Private Nanny to care primarily for a young child in a fully staffed household in Ajman. The ideal candidate is patient, creative, fun, and talkative, with a natural passion for working with children and the ability to create a stimulating, nurturing, and educational environment. In addition to caring for the younger child, the nanny may occasionally assist with the family’s 9-year-old, depending on the family's needs.

This is a long-term position best suited to someone who is flexible, discreet, organized, and willing to travel with the family when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fill time care to a young child

• Plan and lead educational and creative activities (arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, etc.)

• Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development through engaging interaction

• Assist occasionally with the family’s older child (9 years old), as needed

• Travel with the family when required, supporting the children during trips

• Ensure the child's belongings, play areas, and routine are well-managed and tidy

• Work collaboratively with other household staff, focusing solely on child-related tasks

• Follow and maintain established routines while remaining adaptable to changing needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role

• A genuine love for children, with a warm, upbeat, and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging and talkative personality

• Ability to organize age-appropriate, educational, and fun activities

• Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to new environments

• Comfortable working in a fully staffed, live in position 6 days per week

• Discretion and professionalism at all times
