Location: Central London

Job Type: Permanent, full-time  

Salary: £25k-£30k depending on experience

Start date: End of August

Hours: 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm

 

My client is a boutique law firm based in the heart of Central London. They are seeking a polished and articulate Receptionist with a proactive and can-do attitude to join their team at the end of this month.

 

They are looking for someone friendly and hard-working to work alongside their other receptionist. They are wonderful, friendly and sociable team – so attitude is key. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first office-based role.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Meet and greet high-end clients
  • Answer calls and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Always provide a 5-star service to clients
  • Maintain a tidy and attractive working environment
  • Provide refreshments for all guests
  • Ensuring stationery supplies are always topped up
  • Scan and file documents
  • Ad hoc admin support to the wider team
