Location: Central London
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £25k-£30k depending on experience
Start date: End of August
Hours: 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm
My client is a boutique law firm based in the heart of Central London. They are seeking a polished and articulate Receptionist with a proactive and can-do attitude to join their team at the end of this month.
They are looking for someone friendly and hard-working to work alongside their other receptionist. They are wonderful, friendly and sociable team – so attitude is key. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first office-based role.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and greet high-end clients
- Answer calls and enquiries in a professional manner
- Always provide a 5-star service to clients
- Maintain a tidy and attractive working environment
- Provide refreshments for all guests
- Ensuring stationery supplies are always topped up
- Scan and file documents
- Ad hoc admin support to the wider team
Who you are:
This role is ideal for someone looking for their first experience in an office environment
- Previous experience in a customer facing role - confident providing a high-end level of service
- Polished and well-presented
