Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for our global clients. In this role, you will translate business requirements into high-performance, SAP-driven processes that transform warehouse and intralogistics operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate workshops, configure and enhance SAP applications, and ensure smooth adoption through expert training and support. This position is based in Dubai, with travel for key project milestones such as workshops, testing, go-lives, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting & Solution Design: Lead the design of SAP EWM solutions that solve business challenges and align with client objectives.

• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct process development workshops, document workflows, and develop process maps.

• Application Development & Support: Analyse, configure, and enhance SAP EWM functionalities, addressing defects and implementing improvements.

• Requirement Gathering: Collect and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• User Support & Training: Deliver expert-level support, create training materials, and lead user training sessions.

• Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Contribute to proposals, present solutions, and provide technical insights during sales engagements.

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.

• HSE Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies in all project activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 6–10 years’ experience in SAP EWM consulting, configuration, and project execution.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and sprint cycles.

• Expertise in SAP EWM configuration, process modelling, and deployment.

• Ideally, experience integrating SAP EWM with automation technology via the SAP EWM Material Flow System (MFS).

• Proven track record in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.

• Skilled in project estimation, testing, and business case preparation.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in managing small teams or providing functional leadership.
