What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, messages and emails efficiently
- Handle meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for appointments
- Manage post and couriers, and oversee deliveries
- Provide ad hoc admin support to office teams
- Ensure reception areas are tidy, presentable and well stocked
Who You Are:
- 6+ months experience in Reception role
- Confident, personable and professional with a can do attitude
- Available immediately or at short notice and flexible across the coming months
- Previous reception, front of house, or admin experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Microsoft Office or G suite knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and presentable at all times
