We’re working with a range of high-profile clients across corporate, creative, and professional services sectors who are looking for reliable and polished Temporary Receptionists to support their teams over the coming months. £14-16 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, messages and emails efficiently
  • Handle meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for appointments
  • Manage post and couriers, and oversee deliveries
  • Provide ad hoc admin support to office teams
  • Ensure reception areas are tidy, presentable and well stocked

 

Who You Are:

  • 6+ months experience in Reception role
  • Confident, personable and professional with a can do attitude
  • Available immediately or at short notice and flexible across the coming months
  • Previous reception, front of house, or admin experience in a professional environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office or G suite knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual and presentable at all times
