Part-Time Temp Receptionist–Nottingham City Centre
Urgent need – to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8am-5pm
Starting from 23rd September
£12-14 per hour

My client, a professional services company, based in Nottingham City Centre within walking distance from the train station, are looking for a Temporary Receptionist, to help provide cover from 23rd September, 3 days per week, on an ongoing basis.
They require someone who can work each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 8am – 5pm.
This opportunity will be ideal for someone who is perhaps studying part time, or has another part time job, that you are looking to earn an additional income alongside.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in person and over the phone
- Manage a busy phoneline, directing calls and taking messages
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Who you are:
- Friendly, professional, and polished with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role preferred
- A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach
