Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our client's sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new distribution channels in the UK, Europe, the US, and South America, while also enhancing sales in our established markets in the Middle East and Africa. The role requires a strategic sales leader with a deep understanding of international FMCG markets and the ability to contribute to packaging design and product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence in the UK, Europe, US, and South America.

Manage and grow sales channels in existing markets including the Middle East and Africa.

Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail players internationally.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align packaging design and product offerings with target market preferences.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Drive revenue growth and improve the company’s current sales performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record as a Sales Director or senior sales leader within the FMCG sector, ideally with personal care and aerosol products.

Extensive experience selling into international markets, especially UK, Europe, US, South America, Middle East, and Africa.

Strong knowledge of distribution networks and sales channels across these regions.

Ability to work closely with product development teams on packaging and market fit.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
