Role: Legal Recruiter

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED20,000-25,000 depending on experience 

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Legal Recruiter to join our Clients team in Dubai.  In this role you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing top legal talent.  You will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process that reflects the high standards and strengthens our clients employer brand.

Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively engage with passive candidates and nurture talent networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal hiring teams.
• Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s values and employer brand.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced in legal recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (agency or in-house).
• Skilled in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment software.
