A respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropic Partnerships candidate to manage and grow relationships with major philanthropic foundations, helping to drive forward their mission.

Role: Philanthropic Partnerships 
Location: Mainly remote
Start date: Mid September
Salary: £65-70k pro rata (11-month FTC)

What you will do:

• Develop and deliver tailored stewardship strategies and impactful proposals

• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to shape and implement fundraising strategy

• Identify and progress new funding opportunities in line with key initiatives

• Lead donor communications, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Who you are:

• Experienced in managing high-value partnerships or philanthropic fundraising (5+ years)

• Confident engaging with senior-level funders and complex internal teams

• Strategic, collaborative, and comfortable driving projects independently

• Skilled in translating technical or strategic content into compelling communications

• Passionate about global social or environmental causes
