Job Description

Are you a graduate with around a year’s experience in an administrative or office-based role, or a graduate with investor relations experience. Are you organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator?

 

A well-established finance firm is looking for a proactive and reliable Investor Relations Co-ordinator to join the team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career within a collaborative team environment, gaining hands-on experience across communications, events, data management and relationship coordination.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations and documents for investor meetings.
  • Maintain and update contact databases and internal records.
  • Support the organisation of meetings, events, and investor communications.
  • Help with responses to investor queries and due diligence processes.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and digital communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
 

What we’re looking for:

  • A university degree.
  • Around 12 months of office or administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
  • A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • An interest in business, investment, or technology is a bonus, but not essential.
