Job Description
A busy and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a senior partner and assist with wider business operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to a wide range of tasks, stakeholders, and industries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-level PA support to a senior partner, including:
- Diary and inbox management
- Efficient handling of emails, calls, and meeting requests
- Booking travel and coordinating schedules
- Drafting, formatting, and typing documents (including light digital audio typing)
- Assisting with confidential personal matters, as required
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal colleagues
- Handling administrative tasks such as archiving, client record management, and post forwarding
- Supporting client hospitality and meetings
- Covering for other PAs during leave periods
- Assisting with various ad hoc business support tasks
- Light private support to Partner
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a PA, team assistant, or admin support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Outlook, and ideally Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to your work
- Flexible and team-oriented – ready to step in and support where needed
- A background in professional services environments including accounting, law and property highly desirable
