TigerHR are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK based media and entertainment group to recruit a brand new role of L&D Manager.
We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to help shape how our client will develop and grow their people. This role is about creating meaningful learning opportunities, supporting career progression, and ensuring our managers feel confident, capable, and supported to lead.
You’ll work closely with the wider learning and development team and senior leaders to design and deliver impactful programmes across the business
The Role:
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of our core development offering, managing the full L&D cycle from needs analysis to facilitation, coaching, and impact measurement. You will also lead management development programmes and help managers drive performance
- Drive succession planning, talent mapping, and high-potential development initiatives to build future capability
- Oversee the learning platform, ensuring content is engaging, impactful, and accessible on demand
- Act as project lead for development initiatives and support with budget management
About You:
You will be an experienced Learning & Development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering company-wide programmes, with a particular strength in building management capability. Bring a strong knowledge of L&D best practice, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Adaptable and confident in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple projects while keeping learning initiatives practical, impactful, and business-focused. You will be down-to-earth, dynamic, approachable and able to connect well with managers and employees alike.
