Job Description

A proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading real estate development company is required for their brand new Dubai office. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full diary management and ensure the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.
  • Arrange complex and frequent travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and logistics.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes and follow-ups.
  • Draft, review, and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with a small number of personal tasks where required.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the UAE.
  • Background in the real estate sector or a similarly fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and professional presentation. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
