Job Description
A proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading real estate development company is required for their brand new Dubai office. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full diary management and ensure the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.
- Arrange complex and frequent travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and logistics.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes and follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support with a small number of personal tasks where required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the UAE.
- Background in the real estate sector or a similarly fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and professional presentation. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.
