House Manager – Live Out

A highly organised House Manager is required to oversee the smooth running of a fully staffed household on Saadiyat Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, operations, supplier liaison and maintaining the highest standards of service and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee five household staff, ensuring punctuality, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Manage household logistics and alignment with the family’s calendar and travel schedule
• Ensure VIP guest preparations are planned well in advance and that the home is always guest-ready
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors
• Carry out shopping and supplier sourcing, including groceries, furniture and gifts sourced locally or overseas and negotiating for the best value and prompt delivery.

• Be fully available when the family is in the UAE including evenings and weekends (Reduced workload when the family is abroad)

• Drive when required (a vehicle will be provided for work use)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in household or estate management
• Strong knowledge of UAE culture, customs, and local market
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and leadership skills
• Flexible, discreet, and highly trustworthy
• Valid UAE driving license is essential
