Responsibilities:

• Design and recommend bespoke menus tailored to the principals’ preferences and lifestyle.
• Create healthy, balanced dishes with a focus on gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary requirements as requested.
• Innovate with new recipes and modern culinary approaches while maintaining high standards of presentation and flavour.
• Prepare meals for both intimate family dining and formal social or corporate occasions.
• Source and manage fresh, high-quality ingredients, working with trusted local and international suppliers.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a michelin star restaurant.
• Creative flair with the ability to innovate and personalise menus.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating trends
• Discreet, professional, and adaptable to the household’s late-night schedules.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
