Our client in the sports industry is looking for a professional, organized, and service-minded Receptionist with Office Management responsibilities to support their Zug office on a temporary part-time basis (50%). This role is expected to run until July 2026 and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while staying engaged in a dynamic and international environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Reception Duties
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
    • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are well-prepared
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Office Management Duties
    • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
    • Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
    • Assist with organizing internal meetings and team events
    • Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed (e.g. HR, Finance)
    • Oversee travel bookings, expense processing, and document filing when required
    • Support health, safety, and compliance procedures within the office

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in a reception or office administration role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
