Our client in the sports industry is looking for a professional, organized, and service-minded Receptionist with Office Management responsibilities to support their Zug office on a temporary part-time basis (50%). This role is expected to run until July 2026 and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while staying engaged in a dynamic and international environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are well-prepared
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Office Management Duties
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Assist with organizing internal meetings and team events
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed (e.g. HR, Finance)
- Oversee travel bookings, expense processing, and document filing when required
- Support health, safety, and compliance procedures within the office
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in a reception or office administration role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
