A brand-new start-up in Dubai is bringing cutting-edge electronics to the pool industry, and we are looking for a sales powerhouse to support their growth from the ground up.

This isn’t just another sales role. You’ll be working side-by-side with the Founder, given the freedom to own your pipeline, make decisions, and shape how the business grows. If you’re driven, trustworthy, and hungry for success, this is your chance to be part of something exciting from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hunting down new business opportunities with both individual and corporate clients
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships in the pool and electronics sectors
• Driving sales from lead generation through to closing deals
• Collaborating directly with the Founder on daily strategy and growth plans
• Helping shape the future team as the business scales up

Experience Required:

• A proven track record in sales & business development in electronics (pool industry experience is a distinct advantage)
• Tenacity, resilience, and a “no deal left behind” attitude
• Flexibility to work outside the typical 9–5 when opportunities arise
• High levels of motivation and trustworthiness, as you will be given a lot of autonomy
• Someone entrepreneurial and excited by the idea of joining a start-up and making a real impact
