Salary up to AED 30,000 per month.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a C-Level executive within a large leading investment firm in the region. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, a stable career history, and proven experience supporting senior leadership at the highest level. The ideal candidate will be mature, discreet, and able to operate with confidence in a fast paced, demanding environment.
This position offers the opportunity to grow within the role over time, taking on additional responsibilities as trust and capability are demonstrated.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and correspondence.

Act as the gatekeeper, managing priorities and ensuring the executive’s time is used effectively.

Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.

Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions.

Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

Support with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements

Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience as an EA, with at least 3–5 years supporting C-Level executives.

Stable career history within investment firms, financial services, or other leading corporate environments.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and anticipate executive priorities.

Mature and able to work under pressure with resilience and discretion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
