The successful candidate will be a true ambassador for the firm, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism, discretion, and excellence of the company.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain an immaculate office environment, ensuring meeting rooms and reception areas are always prepared and fully supplied.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate with colleagues across all levels – from junior team members to C-Suite executives – to support daily operations.
- Assist with the collation, formatting, and presentation of documents, ensuring high standards of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidently utilise the full Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
- Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining office supplies, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth operational flow.
About You

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a polished, professional, and engaging manner.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment in the DIFC or HNWI facing role, within Dubai.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and etiquette when engaging with VVIPs and HNWIs.
- High levels of attention to detail, organisational skills, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident in managing multiple priorities with grace under pressure.
