Role: Personal Assistant to UHNW (24/7)

We are seeking an experienced and highly discreet Personal Assistant / Private PA to support an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual in an all-encompassing role. This position requires someone who has previously worked in a similar setting and is comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Diary & Schedule Management – Coordinating global calendars across multiple time zones, arranging personal and business appointments, and ensuring seamless scheduling.

Travel Coordination – Organising complex international travel, including private jets, luxury hotels, visas, and itineraries.

Household & Estate Management – Liaising with household staff, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring all residences operate smoothly.

Financial & Administrative Support – Handling invoices, expenses, and personal budgets with complete confidentiality.

Lifestyle & Concierge Services – Booking restaurants, events, personal shopping, and sourcing exclusive experiences.

Confidential Correspondence – Managing emails, phone calls, and sensitive communications with the utmost discretion.

Project & Event Coordination – Assisting with private events, charity engagements, and high-profile gatherings.

Crisis Management & Problem Solving – Acting as the primary point of contact to resolve urgent matters efficiently and proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
We are ideally seeking an experienced Private PA who has supported UHNW individuals in a high-pressure, 24/7 role. The ideal candidate will be highly discreet, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage complex schedules across international time zones.

Proven experience as a Private PA in a similar UHNW setting.

Ability to work flexibly across time zones with 24/7 availability.

Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

Strong communication skills to liaise with high-profile individuals and staff.

London-based, with the flexibility to travel into Central London 1-2 times per week and internationally when required.
