We are seeking experienced Property Consultants with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market, particularly in the secondary sales segment. Candidates with leasing experience are welcome, but exposure to the resale/secondary market is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio within the Dubai real estate market.

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a focus on the secondary market.

• Source and list new properties, and maintain up-to-date market knowledge.

• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals in line with RERA guidelines.

• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and admin to drive results.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing).

• Strong closing record and proven ability to generate and convert leads.

• Professional or corporate background is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented.

• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.

• RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
