Tiger Recruitment New York is seeking an exceptional Live-In Domestic Couple, fluent in both Turkish and English, to support a single elderly high-net-worth principal with health considerations.

This is a live-in position, with the successful couple residing in a private, self-contained apartment within the principal’s beautiful residence. The household is maintained to impeccable standards. Candidates with proven experience delivering service at the very highest level will be considered.

While this is not a medical or nursing role, a key element will be providing round-the-clock care, companionship, and a calm, supportive environment that ensures the principal’s comfort and well-being.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Household Management
  • Prepare fresh, home-style meals according to family preferences
  • Manage grocery shopping, errands, and household inventory
  • Ensure the kitchen and pantry are fully stocked and well-organized
• Housekeeping
  • Perform all interior cleaning and organization of the home to the highest standards
  • Handle laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and deep cleaning tasks
  • Maintain household order, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
• Property & Maintenance
  • Perform light handyman and general maintenance tasks
  • Oversee and coordinate outside vendors (e.g., gardeners, contractors)
  • Maintain family vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, and scheduling service
  • Support upkeep of exterior areas such as patios, walkways, and gardens
• Elderly Support
  • Provide patient, respectful companionship to an elderly principal
  • Assist in maintaining a calm, safe, and supportive environment
  • Note: This is not a medical or nursing role; focus is on general support

WHO YOU ARE

• Language Skills
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior experience as a Domestic Couple in a private high-net-worth household
  • Proven experience caring for elderly principals with health considerations
  • Strong housekeeping and cooking skills (culinary training a plus)
  • Practical handyman abilities and familiarity with household systems
  • Demonstrated patience, compassion, and respect in providing elderly companionship
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s licenses with clean records
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and independently
  • Discretion, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanor
