We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in community and facilities management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape resident experiences, oversee service providers, and ensure compliance—all while creating thriving, connected communities.

About the Role:

  • Driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and enhancing resource utilization

  • Delivering quality services that exceed resident and owner expectations

  • Supervising contractors, monitoring performance, and managing supplier relationships

  • Leading resident happiness initiatives and ensuring swift query resolution

  • Acting as the key contact for the Owners Committee and preparing meeting documentation

  • Managing crises, complaints, and emergency communications

  • Ensuring full compliance with DLD, RERA, and JOP Law

  • Organizing events, campaigns, and sustainability programs to strengthen community engagement

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports for operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise contractors with checklists, inspections, and SLA reviews

  • Issue RFQs, technical reports, and manage deals

  • Lead resident engagement through surveys, feedback platforms, and digital notices

  • Coordinate emergency responses and issue timely violation notices

  • Oversee regulatory compliance, life safety, and fire code certifications

  • Plan annual event calendars and community initiatives

  • Provide data for management reports and ensure strong documentation practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Owners Association Management, managing residential and commercial JOPs

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships

  • Solid business math, accounting, and commercial acumen

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
